If you send us an e-mail, we can take up to 24 hours to respond. If we don’t come back to you immediately, we are busy talking to our lovely Shiitake Mushrooms.
Use of our products: We do provide instructions or usage ideas on our labels. We will also add regular recipes ad information to our website. You can also follow our blog. If you need any more information, please contact us.
Guarantees: We provide a use by date on each of our products. Please destroy it if you don’t use it before the date. We do not do mass production and therefor try to issue the freshest products possible.
Courier Services and cost: We primarily use Courier Guy for our deliveries. We are not responsible for damaged or lost deliveries. We also do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied to us. On receipt of the order, we will calculate your courier cost and include it on your invoice.
Delivery time: We will try our utmost to send your order a.s.a.p. It can take up to 3 business days to prepare an order and another 3-4 business days for the delivery time. If we are out of stock of a product, we will contact you and confirm new arrangements.
Payments: By completing the order form you accept our terms and conditions. When you complete the order form, you must provide us with the correct contact information, including an e-mail address. We will issue you with an invoice with bank details. You can then do an EFT payment to our bank account. Only on receipt of payment in our bank account, we will courier your order. We will provide you with the tracking number.
